Phrase of the Week: Holding

Holding is a lot how it sounds - holding onto another player (either grabbing their body or jersey) to keep them from going to where they're trying to go. The one exception to this rule is that you *can* hold somebody who has the ball! Everyone else, off limits! Read more details here!
